The policy

A Nuxavel licence delivers the complete source code the moment the payment completes. Once you have the code, it cannot be returned — so purchases are not refundable.

This is the ordinary arrangement for source-code products, and it is stated plainly here rather than buried, so that nobody discovers it after paying.

What we offer instead

Everything we can do to make the decision reversible before you pay, we have done:

• A live demo of the real application, with published sign-in details. It is the product, running — not screenshots.
• The full licence agreement is published before purchase, not shown after it.
• Any question answered at support@nuxavel.com before you buy — including "will this do X?", which is always cheaper to ask than to find out.

If something is wrong

This policy covers changing your mind. It is not a way of avoiding problems that are ours: if your repository access never arrives, or the code you received is not what this site describes, write to support@nuxavel.com and it will be put right.

Your rights

Paddle processes the sale as merchant of record and is the seller on your receipt. Their terms apply to the transaction and may give you rights beyond this policy, including refunds issued at their own discretion. Nothing here removes a consumer right that applies to you and cannot be waived by agreement.
