Licence agreement
What you may do with the source code, in plain terms. Buying a licence means agreeing to this.

What you are buying
A Nuxavel licence grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive right to use, modify and distribute the Nuxavel source code as part of your own software. It is source-available, not open source: you get the whole codebase and may change any part of it, but the code itself remains ours and is licensed to you rather than sold.
The licence is granted when payment completes. It does not expire and is not a subscription.
Who the licence covers
- Solo — $149. One developer. That developer may use Nuxavel in unlimited projects, including work delivered to clients.
- Team — $349. Up to 10 developers at one company or organisation, on unlimited projects.
A licence covers people, not projects. If more than 10 developers need to work with the source, you need more than one team licence. Contractors count as developers while they are working on your code.
What you may do
- Build unlimited commercial and non-commercial applications with it.
- Build applications for clients, and hand over the resulting code.
- Modify any part of the source, without restriction.
- Keep using it forever, including after any future price change.
What you may not do
You may not redistribute Nuxavel itself. That means not reselling, republishing, sublicensing or giving away the source code as a starter kit, template, boilerplate or course — whether unchanged or modified, and whether paid or free.
The line is what you are distributing. An application you built with Nuxavel is yours to sell however you like. A repackaging of Nuxavel that competes with Nuxavel is not. If your case sits somewhere between those, ask at support@nuxavel.com and you will get a straight answer.
Access and updates
Access is delivered as an invitation to a private repository, so updates arrive by pulling. Every update published during the life of the project is included at no further cost.
That is a commitment to give you what we publish, not a commitment to publish forever. If development stops, your licence and your access to the code as it stands are unaffected — nothing is withdrawn.
Your repository access is personal to your licence. Sharing it, or the credentials to it, with people outside your licence is the same as redistributing the source.
Refunds
A licence delivers the complete source code immediately, so purchases are not refundable. The live demo exists so that nobody has to buy without seeing the real application first, and pre-sale questions are answered at support@nuxavel.com.
Paddle processes the sale as merchant of record and is the seller on your receipt. Their own terms apply to the transaction and may give you rights beyond this policy.
No warranty
Nuxavel is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You are responsible for reviewing, testing and securing anything you build with it before it handles real users or real money.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of this licence is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or any indirect or consequential damages.
Ending the licence
The licence ends if you redistribute the source in breach of the terms above, and repository access ends with it. Nothing else terminates it.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Brazil. Nothing here removes any consumer right that applies to you and cannot be waived by agreement.
Questions
Anything unclear, including whether a specific use is allowed, goes to support@nuxavel.com. Asking first is always cheaper than guessing.
